About Laura

Laura Myers is a former 25 year teacher and principal who decided to take back her professional career and find success in the business world she has always been fascinated by, but convinced wasn’t for her… typically because she is a woman! She retired from education and all that she spent 3 degrees learning; to take on her toughest boss yet, herself! 

Less than two years after the transition, she is running not one, but two businesses: a branding agency (the creative genius of her husband) and travel consultancy in addition to writing a book. She still may not be getting 8 hours of sleep, but spending a lot more time with her family and finding meaning in her work.
